Here's where I would rank watching the Microsoft Songsmith commercial among other extremely painful events of life: (1) Childbirth, (2) watching the Microsoft Songsmith commercial, (3) cutting a limb off with a butter knife. I think it's pretty clear that watching this ridiculous infomercial, or whatever you call it, ranks right up there with some of life's most painful experiences. See it for yourself:
BTW, notice that the laptop used in the commercial is actually a concealed MacBook! Even worse, is that Microsoft Songsmith is a real research project at Microsoft. Just another great piece of Microsoft software we can all look forward to!
